This workshop is for people interested in their own conscious growth through work with horses in nature. Through exercises with horses, drumming and guided meditations we will uncover and discover and deeply understand the subtle energetic connections between all sentient beings.  The horses can help you to better understand your emotions and the messages behind these emotions.  You will get the opportunity to get to know your own boundaries and to experience and feel your boundaries in a whole new way with humans and horses.  Specific exercises are designed to help you learn more about your body’s innate wisdom and the body language of others.

“Horse and Human Consciousness” will be facilitated by Kathleen, Tina Suaso,PhD and the horses at Equinox Ranch.

  • Learn how to be more authentic in all of your relationships and live in the present moment
  • Learn more about your survival patterns and beliefs and coping strategies
  • Learn how to be congruent in all of your interactions by engaging with horses
  • Learn from the horses how to use emotions as information

Each evening Tina will lead us in a guided meditation through drumming around the campfire at Pandora Ranch.  Tina will also begin the day with a “dream table” discussion over breakfast.

Suitable for business and life coaches, counselors, psychotherapists, healing therapists (any discipline), teachers, business managers, trainers and consultants, all horse professionals or anyone interested in human growth and development. This is a non riding workshop. Closed toed shoes are required as well as suitable clothing for the desert in April. (This workshop can be used as a qualifying workshop for Kathleen’s Mentorship Program)

Workshop will be held at the Equinox Horse Ranch in Arivaca, Arizona.

Rooms are shared with 2-3 participants.  Meals are provided and are mostly vegetarian with some meat options. If you have a specific dietary concern, you will need to bring the appropriate foods.
